US paratransit software

Complementary paratransit is an ADA obligation tied to fixed-route service. Software stores eligibility and assignment data. It does not decide who is eligible.

Overview

How the platform is used

US DOT ADA regulations treat complementary paratransit as a distinct requirement from general demand-response service. Eligibility determination, service area relative to fixed routes, and reservation practices are agency policy and regulatory topics.

The software is useful when the agency or its contractor needs the trip, the vehicle type, the attendant flag and the pickup instruction in one place. Next-day reservation remains common. Same-day returns are operational, not a slogan.

If taxis or TNCs supplement the service, FTA shared-mobility guidance still requires equivalent access for wheelchair users. The platform can record which carrier took which trip. It cannot make an inaccessible TNC fleet equivalent.

Eligibility on file

A rider record can hold status, mobility device and attendant needs. Recertification dates are reminders, not legal decisions.

Advance reservation board

The overnight board is the unit of work. Same-day exceptions sit beside it without a second product.

On-time and no-show

Pickup windows and no-show timestamps are stored for operations review.

Minimum notes

Store boarding needs, not diagnoses.

How a tenant goes live

Scope

We walk through service type, fleet, booking channels and the reports you already have to file.

Configure

Branding, stops, hours, vehicle classes and assignment rules land in one tenant.

Train

Dispatchers, drivers and coordinators practise on the live board before opening hours.

Go live

The first operating weeks are coached. Exceptions, not the happy path, are the real product.

What you actually buy

Modules you can combine. One tenant.

Start with booking, dispatch and the driver app. Add passenger apps, pooling rules, feeds and exports when the service needs them.

A configured walkthrough, not a marketing video only. We look at your service type and fleet.

Questions teams ask

White-label software for booking, dispatching and reporting demand-responsive transport. It is not a consumer ride-hail brand.

No. Customers run the service with their own fleet or contracted carriers.

USD is the list-price base. You can switch the calculator to Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars or euro. Final contract currency is confirmed in a proposal.
