Paratransit software
Demand-response software for eligibility-based services, including ADA complementary operations. Booking, assignment and reporting in one tenant.
How the platform is used
Paratransit, in US usage, usually means ADA complementary paratransit: an origin-to-destination service for people whose disability prevents independent use of accessible fixed-route transit. National RTAP notes that DOT ADA rules define demand responsive service as any transport that is not fixed route, and treat complementary paratransit separately.
Software cannot decide eligibility. It can store an eligibility status, a personal-care attendant flag, a mobility device note and a pickup instruction, then assign a vehicle that matches those constraints.
Equivalent service characteristics in 49 CFR 37.77 matter when inaccessible vehicles are used in a demand-response fleet. The platform can show response time and capacity fields. Legal compliance stays with the agency.

Eligibility on the trip
A booking inherits rider notes so dispatch does not rediscover a wheelchair or service animal at the curb.
Accessible vehicle logic
Trips that need a ramp or lift are steered to vehicles marked as accessible. Mixed fleets stay visible.
Advance and same-day
Next-day reservation remains common. Same-day returns and will-call can sit beside it without a second system.
On-time and no-show views
Late pull-outs and no-shows are recorded with timestamps the operations supervisor can audit.

Scope
We walk through service type, fleet, booking channels and the reports you already have to file.
Configure
Branding, stops, hours, vehicle classes and assignment rules land in one tenant.
Train
Dispatchers, drivers and coordinators practise on the live board before opening hours.
Go live
The first operating weeks are coached. Exceptions, not the happy path, are the real product.
Modules you can combine. One tenant.
Start with booking, dispatch and the driver app. Add passenger apps, pooling rules, feeds and exports when the service needs them.
Explore the modulesA configured walkthrough, not a marketing video only. We look at your service type and fleet.
