Data we collect on this website
Contact, demo and booking forms collect name, email, optional phone, optional organisation, message, page URL, calculator snapshot if present, and technical metadata needed to prevent abuse. Server logs record IP address and user agent for security. Cookie choices are stored locally in your browser.
Why we process it
We answer enquiries, schedule demonstrations, protect forms against spam and keep the website working. Legal bases under the GDPR are contract steps, legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and consent where you enable optional analytics or marketing cookies.
Processors
Email delivery uses the organisation's mail infrastructure. Hosting sits with the ANEXIA group. We do not sell form data.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle the request and ordinary commercial follow-up, then deleted or restricted. Log files follow the host's security retention. Exact periods for a contracted tenant are set in that contract.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority or another competent EU authority. International visitors may have additional rights under local law; we will point you to the right process rather than invent one.
International transfers
The website and default mail processing run in Europe. If a later analytics tool transfers data elsewhere, that transfer will be described here before the tool is switched on.
