Your Micro Transit platform
White-label booking and dispatch for agencies and operators. Used in European operations, offered to buyers in the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
8+ modules.
One platform.
Booking, dispatch, driver tools and reporting in one tenant.
Your name and colours on the passenger surfaces. The vendor stays in the contract.
White-label booking app
Passengers book in a branded web and mobile flow. Origin, destination and pickup window land in the same trip object as a telephone booking.

Parametrisable dispatch core
The assignment engine proposes vehicles and shared rides from the rules you publish. Dispatchers keep a lock for exceptions.
Learn more →
Dispatcher workspace
A live board of vehicles, trips and notes. Automatic assignment is the default. Manual override is always available.
Learn more →
Driver app with navigation
Drivers see the next stop, rider notes and boarding status. Turn-by-turn navigation can be enabled as an add-on.
Learn more →
In-vehicle tablet view
A larger stop list for bus and shuttle cabs. Next stop and passenger count stay readable while driving.
Learn more →
Call-centre workspace
Coordinators complete bookings for riders who will not use an app. The trip is the same object the driver sees.
Learn more →
Analytics and reporting
Completed trips, vehicle hours, shared-ride rate and product splits export for finance and compliance teams.
Learn more →
Desktop booking
Staff capture a trip with a calendar and rider history instead of a chat thread or a clipboard.

Surfaces for dispatchers and riders
Riders book on web, app or by telephone. Dispatchers create the same trip from a dedicated workspace when a call comes in. One tenant, several channels.
Automated assignment with ride pooling
Compatible trips share a vehicle inside the wait and ride-time rules you publish. Dispatchers can isolate a medical or school trip when a contract requires it.
Request a demoMobile apps for riders and drivers
Riders can self-serve on iOS and Android. Drivers receive the itinerary in a dedicated app, with navigation as an option. Telephone booking remains a first-class channel.

On-demand operations
Routing and assignment work from published wait and ride-time limits, not from a taxi promise.
Import and maintain the stop set for the service product. Virtual stops and addresses can sit in the same tenant.
The software is built for public and contracted fleets. It does not take a ride-hail cut from the passenger.
Why maas.maker?
The same stack used in documented European operations, described here in the language of US, Australian and New Zealand buyers.
White Label
Passenger and driver surfaces carry your name and colours. The vendor remains visible in the contract and the legal pages.
Ride Pooling
Compatible trips share a vehicle inside published windows. Empty miles stay visible so pooling decisions stay honest.
AssignmentBeside fixed route
An overlay can be dispatched as its own product beside scheduled buses. The software does not invent a grant programme.
Hosted under ISO controls
Development and hosting sit inside an ISO 27001 organisation. A processing agreement is written per customer. Certifications are not a substitute for local privacy law.
Operations reporting
Trips, hours, shared-ride rate and product splits export for the questions a manager is actually asked.
Clear commercial path
Package rates are published, so monthly costs stay predictable. You can see the booking fee, the vehicle rate and the add-ons before a proposal confirms tax and contract currency.
Orientation pricing in USDContinuous operations
Cloud infrastructure is operated for always-on booking and dispatch. Contractual uptime is confirmed in the proposal.
Modules you can combine. One tenant.
Start with booking, dispatch and the driver app. Add passenger apps, pooling rules, feeds and exports when the service needs them.
A map of the product
Each module has its own page so a procurement can link a specific capability.
Service products, not one blob
Microtransit, paratransit, NEMT and shuttles can report separately.
Add what you need
Navigation, 24/7 support and extra languages are quoted add-ons, not hidden fees in the public calculator.
The platform
keeps moving
Engineering, mathematics and design sit in one vendor organisation. Releases land on a cadence. Custom work is scoped, not promised as a surprise in the calculator.
Works with the systems you already run
Dispatchers, drivers and riders work from desktop or mobile. Native apps cover iOS and Android. Desktop workspaces run in the browser.
The maas.maker driver app in the cab
Next stop, boarding action and optional navigation. Not a consumer super-app.
One platform, many operations
Public on-demand, eligibility-based demand response, medical trips, community fleets and closed shuttles share a tenant and keep separate rules.
Microtransit
General-public on-demand zones for agencies replacing thin fixed routes.
Shuttles
Hotel, workplace and campus runs with branded passenger booking.
Paratransit and NEMT
Eligibility notes, accessible vehicles and appointment-aware medical trips.
First-mile links
Booked connections to rail, hospitals and regional hubs.
Student transport
Campus and school shuttles around bell times and late activities.
Community transport
Coordinator booking for known clients, mixed fleets and grant-ready counts.
The platform in service
Live references on this site are European. International pages describe product fit. They do not invent customers in the United States, Australia or New Zealand.

Four steps to a working
microtransit
tenant
From the first conversation to the first operating week. We configure the tenant with you. We do not write your grant application.
Working demo and scoping
We look at the service type, fleet and booking channels. The demo is a configured walkthrough, not a marketing video only. Legal interpretation of ADA, Australian accessibility law or Total Mobility policy stays with your counsel.
Tenant configuration
Branding, stops, hours, vehicle classes and booking rules are set with you. Identity and payment connections are scoped against systems you already run.
Team training
Dispatchers learn the board, including overrides. Drivers learn the itinerary and boarding actions. Coordinators learn on-behalf booking.
Go-live support
The first operating weeks are coached. Exceptions are the real product. Reports start from completed, cancelled and missed trips.
Need detail on the
on-demand platform?
maas.maker is booking, dispatch and reporting software for demand-responsive fleets. It is not a consumer ride-hail brand and it does not operate vehicles.
