Overview

How the platform is used

A driver app fails if it hides the next passenger behind a map game. The maas.maker driver view is an itinerary: sequence, address or stop name, rider notes, boarding action.

Navigation can be enabled as an add-on. Duty start, breaks and vehicle checks are operational fields, not gamification.

Offline behaviour is limited to what a mobile network in a valley allows. Dispatch remains the source of truth when a device reconnects.

Driver app

Drivers need the next stop, who is boarding, and whether the trip changed. They do not need a consumer super-app.

Stop-by-stop list

The next action is boarding or alighting, not a puzzle. Notes such as meet at the side door are on the stop.

Navigation option

Turn-by-turn can be switched on as a paid add-on. Some operators already have a licensed navi and keep it.

Boarding flags

Wheelchair, attendant and extra dwell time appear before the driver arrives, not after.

Role-limited data

Drivers see what they need for the current duty, not the whole customer database.

How a tenant goes live

Scope

We walk through service type, fleet, booking channels and the reports you already have to file.

Configure

Branding, stops, hours, vehicle classes and assignment rules land in one tenant.

Train

Dispatchers, drivers and coordinators practise on the live board before opening hours.

Go live

The first operating weeks are coached. Exceptions, not the happy path, are the real product.

What you actually buy

Modules you can combine. One tenant.

Start with booking, dispatch and the driver app. Add passenger apps, pooling rules, feeds and exports when the service needs them.
