Dispatch platform
Assignment is the product. Bookings that never reach a driver are theatre. Dispatchers keep override control while the platform proposes a vehicle.
How the platform is used
On-demand work is exception-heavy. A clinic overruns. A wheelchair trip appears. A driver goes sick. Software that only optimises a clean morning board does not survive the afternoon.
The dispatch view shows unassigned trips, vehicles, pooling candidates and notes. Automatic assignment is the default. Manual lock is always available. That mix is what operators actually use.
The module does not replace a radio. It replaces the spreadsheet that sat next to the radio.
Dispatch platform
Assignment is the product. Bookings that never reach a driver are theatre. Dispatchers keep override control while the platform proposes a vehicle.
Proposed and locked assignments
The engine suggests a vehicle. A dispatcher can pin a trip when a rider or a contract requires it.
Share or isolate
Compatible trips combine. Medical or school trips can be marked do-not-pool.
Live itineraries
Changes reach the driver app without a phone call for every stop, though the phone still exists for true exceptions.
Board close-out
End-of-day views show completed, cancelled and no-show trips with timestamps.
Keep people in the loop
Automatic routing is useful until it is not. Weather, road closures and a VIP hospital discharge still need a human.
The platform records the override so the next morning's report is honest.

Scope
We walk through service type, fleet, booking channels and the reports you already have to file.
Configure
Branding, stops, hours, vehicle classes and assignment rules land in one tenant.
Train
Dispatchers, drivers and coordinators practise on the live board before opening hours.
Go live
The first operating weeks are coached. Exceptions, not the happy path, are the real product.
Modules you can combine. One tenant.
Start with booking, dispatch and the driver app. Add passenger apps, pooling rules, feeds and exports when the service needs them.
Explore the modulesA configured walkthrough, not a marketing video only. We look at your service type and fleet.
Questions teams ask
White-label software for booking, dispatching and reporting demand-responsive transport. It is not a consumer ride-hail brand.
No. Customers run the service with their own fleet or contracted carriers.
USD is the list-price base. You can switch the calculator to Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars or euro. Final contract currency is confirmed in a proposal.
Yes. Book a conversation and we walk through a configured tenant for your service type.
Plan a working demo
Share fleet size, service type and the outcome you need. We reply with a working demo path, not a generic brochure.
