Overview

How the platform is used

An app that is the only way to book will lock out the riders many community and paratransit services exist for. maas.maker treats the passenger app as one channel.

White-label colours, name and store listing belong to the operator. Trip status is a window plus progress, not a fake moving car on a dark map.

Accessibility of the app itself follows ordinary mobile practice. Vehicle accessibility is a fleet attribute, not an icon on a marketing screenshot.

Book and change

Riders request a trip, see the window, and can cancel within the published cut-off.

Account optional

Some services allow guest booking with a booking code. Others require a registered rider.

Operator brand

The home screen is yours. Vendor naming stays in the contract and legal pages.

Fallback to phone

The same trip can be created by a call centre if the rider cannot complete the app flow.

How a tenant goes live

Scope

We walk through service type, fleet, booking channels and the reports you already have to file.

Configure

Branding, stops, hours, vehicle classes and assignment rules land in one tenant.

Train

Dispatchers, drivers and coordinators practise on the live board before opening hours.

Go live

The first operating weeks are coached. Exceptions, not the happy path, are the real product.

What you actually buy

Modules you can combine. One tenant.

Start with booking, dispatch and the driver app. Add passenger apps, pooling rules, feeds and exports when the service needs them.

A configured walkthrough, not a marketing video only. We look at your service type and fleet.

Questions teams ask

USD is the list-price base. You can switch the calculator to Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars or euro. Final contract currency is confirmed in a proposal.

Yes. Book a conversation and we walk through a configured tenant for your service type.
